Making an Appointment

Welcome! Please feel free to call or email to set up a free initial phone appointment and ask any questions you might have.  In the phone call I will ask about things like your main concerns, goals, experience with therapy, and scheduling. Initial phone consultations are free, and may result in a referral. The rate for a 50-minute individual psychotherapy session is $195.  I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Care Network, and Medicare insurance. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you'd like to discuss a sliding scale based on your income or unique needs.
